Ug8 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the UG8 platform at ug8.bar, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions without exception.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the UG8 platform. Continued use of our platform following the publication of any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.

Ug8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is each member's responsibility to review the latest terms.

To register and use the ug8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• A citizen or permanent resident located in a jurisdiction where the use of this platform is legally permitted.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from gambling activities by any relevant authority.
• Not holding any other active ug8 account or one that was terminated due to a terms violation.
• Register under your own name using personal information that is true, accurate, and up to date.

Ug8 is not liable if a user registers in violation of the eligibility conditions above. Full responsibility for ensuring eligibility rests with the user.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ug8 at any time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or winnings.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping all this information up to date at all times.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
• Notify the UG8 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Ug8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.

Ug8 supports a variety of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to set minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods. Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. UG8 does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your chosen withdrawal method and account verification level. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for your deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
• Ug8 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses cannot be processed until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Ug8 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests suspected of being linked to fraud or illegal activity.

Ug8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related withdrawals are permitted.

Wagering requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Each bonus has a different validity period — check the respective promotion details.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• Ug8 reserves the right to void any bonus if a user is suspected of promotion abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

Use of the UG8 platform is subject to compliance with the conduct standards set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or play on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt ug8's security systems.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information without authorization.
• Bonus abuse through wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward support staff or other members.

Ug8 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the ug8 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Personal information you provide during registration and platform use is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Ug8 may share your information with trusted third parties in the following situations: payment processing, KYC identity verification, legal and regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention. All such third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

All content on the ug8 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of ug8 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from the UG8 platform for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent from UG8. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not modify any content and retain all copyright notices.

Ug8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, data loss, or business interruption.

UG8's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim. This limit applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• Ug8 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times.
• We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
• Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

Ug8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to this action include violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or requests from authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the UG8 customer support team. Valid balances (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned within a reasonable timeframe after the review process is complete.

Ug8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of emergency or immediate legal compliance requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by ug8.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
